Mike the Pirate

A gruff but lovable and slightly befuddled buccaneer arrives with his parrot "Popeye" perched on his shoulder and toting a mysterious bag of gear. Weapons (balloon swords) are issued, and after a mutiny is averted, the "treasure" is located- or so we think- but it's a trick! The map is a hand drawn keepsake and the Captain can provide a candy prize in a decorative treasure chest.
